How long does shipping take?+
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 7–15 business days in the US, 10–20 for Canada and Europe, and 12–25 for the rest of the world — every order ships with tracking.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship worldwide. Prices are always shown in USD, and standard shipping is free on orders over $75.
What's your return policy?+
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email sovannnokor@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice. Because most of our catalog is made-to-order or ships directly from our fulfillment partners, we're unable to accept general returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing or change of mind, so please check size charts and product details before ordering. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
My order arrived damaged or wrong — what now?+
Email SovannNokor@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
How do I track my order?+
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also see the status of every order from your account.
What is the Essentials line?+
Essentials is our in-house print-on-demand apparel — original designs inspired by Khmer heritage, made only when you order. The rest of the shop is a curated edit of products we've sourced and vetted from trusted partners.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards, plus Shop Pay — including interest-free installments where available.
